Gmail Helper is used only by its owner, Haoren Feng, with his own Google accounts. It has no other users.
With the owner's permission, it accesses the owner's Gmail messages, labels and drafts through the Gmail API, and sends email only on the owner's explicit instruction.
Data is used only to show the owner his own email and to carry out his instructions. Access tokens and any email content the tool handles stay on the owner's own computer; no server is operated to store this data. When the owner asks his AI assistant to act on his email, the relevant content is processed by that assistant's provider solely to carry out the request.
Data is not sold, shared with or transferred to anyone else, and is not used for advertising.
Gmail Helper's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
